Dr. Baker's attention to detail and patience with the kids are loved by the parents. She wins over the kids with her big heart and showing the kids her "bunny rabbits" and then looking for theirs.

Dr. Baker has one adopted son, Josh, and a big ole dog named Dusty. In her free time, Dr. Baker enjoys gardening, reading, being outside and traveling

Calloway-Lawson
Founder & CEO
Dr. Lawson is a native of Texarkana, Arkansas. She graduated from Arkansas High School and went on to major Biology/premed at Prairie View A & M University. After her graduation, she attended medical school at OSU Center for Health Sciences and completed her pediatric residency program at Arkansas Children’s Hospital in 2013. She has been working in Texarkana since 2013 and went into private practice, creating Healing Hands Pediatrics with Dr. Baker in February of 2020. She is known for taking time to listen to her patients and being thorough. Her passion is childhood obesity and she created Warrior’s Club fitness class to help fight it. She is the wife of Robert Lawson and the mother of Jackson. In her downtime, she prefers to relax and travel.
